It isn’t an exhibition of the world but five worlds of exhibitions are presented in the sympathic small city Mürzzuschlag.

Winter - Sport Museum!
Subjects like wintersports and winter in general are presented in a 1000 m² phantastic world of adventure and experience. Exciting at the one side and informative at the other side. Wintersport is presented in all his facettes: from the beginning of skiing more than 5000 years ago tot he first perioniers of skiing in the Alps in Mürzzuschlag to the glaciers and snowslides, from the dignity of the world of mountains to the special atmosphere of a ski lodge that was opened 100 years ago....

Museum oft he south train
In 2004 the 150-years-anniversary of the historical train Ghega-Semmeringbahn was celebrated that has been world culture heritage since 1998. The jubilee was the reason for opening a museum with a historical hall that show the montage oft he locomotive. It is located rigth at the train station of Mürzuschlag and invites the guest to an exciting timetravel from Vienna to Mürzzuschlag to Triest.

The house of art „muerz“ concerns itself with contemporary art in the fields of music, literature, art and architecture.
Museum about the musician Brahms
In the months of summer between 1884 and 1884 Brahms had lived in the baronial house out oft he 16th century while composing his IV symphony e-moll op. 98 as well as 30 songs and pieces for a chorus.
The exhibition resembles a mucical hike through several summer of composing of the master. The museum shows outstanding original exhibits, for example the grand piano that Brahms used for practicing his one and only acoustical survey.
Museum of the "Südbahn"
There was a 150 year jubilee of the train "Semmeringbahn" that has been an UNESCO world heritage since 1998. The jubilee was the reason for the opening of the cultural and historical train adventure world. The exhibition is located in the hall of montage of locomotives directly at the trainstation Mürzzuschlag and invites guest to a time-travel from Vienna to Mürzzuschlag to Triest.

The hut „Roseggerstüberl“
In the old castle „Ratsburg“ writer and poet Peter Rosegger met with his friends for pilosophic and social chats. The extraordinary hut „Reseggerstüberl“ was established in 1901 by Rosegger’s friend Toni Schruf.
